It is suitable for manufacturing important parts such as bevel gears and gear shafts for helicopter transmission systems. ① Quenching temperature and tempering temperature deviation is ±10°C ② The strength and hardness conversion relationship of this steel comes from relevant material standards and process manuals. The hardness of this steel is HBS or HBW value. ③ Tempering temperature can be appropriately adjusted according to specific conditions (workpiece size, steel chemical composition, heat treatment method, and equipment characteristics, etc.) ④ When tempering in an alkali bath, cool with hot water above 60°C.
