Alloy Steel

Seamless ferritic alloy-steel tube (P17). Same Cr-Mo family as T-grades; used in boiler and high-temperature piping, with advanced grades (P91/P92/P122) for ultra-supercritical service.

Tensile 415-760 MPa min Yield 205-440 MPa min Elongation 18-30% min (varies by grade; creep-resistant grades higher)

Heat Treatment

Normalize+temp or anneal (per grade); 9-12%Cr grades normalize 1040-1080 C + temper 730-800 C
